AG Eventi has adopted an Event Sustainability Management System compliant with UNI ISO 20121, in order to systematically integrate sustainability into the design, production and management of events. This Policy is consistent with the Mission of the Event Sustainability Management System and provides the framework for setting objectives and continuous-improvement actions.
1. Guiding principles
In carrying out its activities, AG Eventi is guided by the following principles:
- responsibility and fairness in event management;
- balance between economic results, environmental protection and social responsibility;
- transparency towards stakeholders;
- respect for the people, communities and territories involved.
2. Management commitments
AG Eventi is committed to:
- systematically identifying, assessing and managing the environmental, social and economic impacts arising from event organisation and management activities;
- ensuring compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements, as well as other commitments undertaken by the organisation;
- promoting inclusion, accessibility and equal opportunities, ensuring respect for human rights, with particular attention to the protection of minors and vulnerable people;
- preventing and reducing risks to the health and safety of the people involved in events;
- adopting a structured approach to managing sustainability-related risks and opportunities;
- involving and consulting relevant stakeholders, fostering dialogue and participation;
- promoting ethical, responsible and sustainable behaviour along the supply chain, in relationships with suppliers, partners and sponsors;
- pursuing continuous improvement of the Management System's performance.
3. Vision and legacy
The organisation directs its Management System towards a medium-to-long-term vision, aimed at generating a positive legacy for the communities, territories and stakeholders involved in events.
4. Sustainable development
AG Eventi recognises the Sustainable Development Goals of the United Nations 2030 Agenda as its reference and is committed to contributing to their achievement through actions consistent with its operating context.
5. Communication and dissemination
This Policy is:
- approved and signed by Management;
- communicated to internal and external stakeholders;
- periodically reviewed to ensure its adequacy and effectiveness.
The Event Sustainability Management System spans the entire event management cycle across the design, delivery, control and reporting phases, including supply chain control.
The Management System provides the framework for meeting applicable requirements, ensuring continuous improvement in the pursuit of sustainability objectives and achieving stakeholder satisfaction.
