This privacy policy describes how Ag Eventi di Alex Gili processes the personal data of users who visit this website and use the contact, quote-request and job-application forms, pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”).

We only process the data needed to respond to your requests:
- Contact form: name, email, phone and message.
- Booking / quote form: name, email, phone, company (optional), event details (type, dates, location, attendees, equipment) and notes.
- Careers form: name, email, phone, experience, CV/portfolio link and message.
- Browsing data: technical data collected automatically for operation and security (e.g. IP address, browser, date/time, server logs).
3. Purposes and legal basis
- Replying to contact and quote requests and carrying out the requested pre-contractual steps — pre-contractual measures and response to your request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
- Handling job applications — pre-contractual measures (Art. 6.1.b) and consent (Art. 6.1.a).
- Operation and security of the website — legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f).

4. How we process the data
Data is processed with IT tools and adequate security measures. We do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling.
5. Recipients and processors
Data may be processed on our behalf by providers acting as data processors:
- Vercel Inc. — website hosting and infrastructure.
- Aruba S.p.A. — email service through which we receive form messages.
- Google Ireland Ltd — statistics (Google Analytics), only with your consent.
Data is not disclosed or sold to third parties for marketing purposes.
6. Transfers outside the EU
Some providers (e.g. Vercel, Google) may process data outside the European Union. In that case the transfer takes place under adequate safeguards (Art. 44 ff. GDPR), such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
7. How long we keep the data
- Contact and quote requests: up to 24 months from the last contact, unless a contract is entered into.
- Job applications: up to 24 months, then deleted.
- Technical logs: for the time strictly needed for security.

You may at any time exercise the rights under Art. 15-22 GDPR: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability and withdrawal of consent. Write to info@ag-eventi.it.
9. Right to complain
If you believe the processing infringes the law, you may lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante).
10. Nature of the provision
Providing the data marked as required in the forms is necessary to act on your request; refusal prevents us from replying. Other data is optional.
